All employees of Mainstream Tours will at all times maintain the following essential requirements in the area of operating company vehicles:

• Must possess a valid, unrestricted “Class B” w/ passenger endorsement California driver’s license.
• Valid and current First Aid/C.P.R. certification
• Current Medical Card
• Must possess V.D.D.P. certification through C.H.P. and be in compliance with AB1611.
• Must be physically and mentally fit during the operation of a vehicle.
• Must maintain a personal standard of following safety and traffic laws. (Good driving record as verified by DMV. No driving histories of D.U.I.’s will be accepted)
• Must always ensure safety for consumers and themselves, i.e. safety belts, doors securely closed, vehicles in good operating order.
• Must immediately report any incidents which, occur during the operation of a motor vehicle, to relevant agencies.
• Regular drug & alcohol screening (on-going)
