Mainstream Tours will use the following basic methodology for determining a potential staff person’s suitability for employment. This criteria is as follows:

• Has experience transporting passengers
• Has a clean driving record
• Is insurable
• Is mentally and physically fit to perform daily duties
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Has an understanding and acceptance of the rights of persons with disabilities
• Can pass a criminal background check & fingerprint clearance
• Is of good character
• Has a warm and friendly personality
